The company is manufacturing Cotton, Lenin, PV, PC fabrics, Polyester, Cotton and Silk sarees,Bedsheets, Blanket, Tarpaulin, Cotton and Polyester bags, Outdoor Tent Material etc.
The company has well established market setup. The company is currently selling the products in the domestic and International market. We are also supplying various products to central and State Government, Semi Government and PSU. The market of the company is well established due to quality of products manufactured and services provided.
Recently the company has developed one Jute product to be used in home furnishing which the company is expecting a demand in the domestic as well as foreign market. The company is exporting Textile and other Products to various countries. All the infrastructure facilities are available like, location advantage, availability of labour, availability of transportation, availability of utilities and company having net work of marketing.
The unit is established in a well developed exclusive Textile Park named Jaipur Texweaving Park Ltd. surrounded in 94.84 Acre. The land was given by RIICO on lease to JTPL (Jaipur Texweaving park Ltd.) to develop Textile park for promotion of the Textile Industry. The park was developed by IL&FS and approved by aided by ministry of textile government of india. JTPL is integrated textile park will all textile related facilities including Guest house, training center, administrative block, workers’ hostel, crèche, sewerage treatment plant, The JTPL developed the land with all facilities including the shed for the allotters of land. The park is well connected and on Road of NH-8 i.e. on Kishangarh Nasirabad Highway, railways and having airport within 10 K.M.
The company is having swiss made fully automatic shuttleless rapier looms for high quality fabric weaving. These machines are so versatile and cabable to weave/ manufacture fabric from 40 GSM to 1000 GSM. There are textile engineers, technicians, textile designers, supervisors, Diploma Holders and Skilled manpower required for working in the factory. The unit is running in three shifts of 8 hours each with the fabric manufacturing capacity of 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 lacs per month. The directors of the company are already engaged in the trading and manufacturing of Fabrics and clothes. Hence no difficulties are envisaged for marketing of the products.
